Coverage
The warranty, plainly
A warranty is a list of failure modes we pay for. Here is that list — what's in, what's out, and how a claim actually works.
Coverage details
Covered
- Yellowing or discoloration of the film
- Cracking, crazing or peeling
- Delamination of the film layers
- Adhesive failure (bubbling not caused by installation)
Not covered
- Damage from collisions, vandalism or misuse
- Punctures and gouges from impact — the film absorbing damage is it doing its job
- Installation workmanship (covered by your installer)
- Films applied over non-factory or failing paint
Warranty terms and durations are stated per product on its datasheet and in your registration document. Coverage requires installation by a professional installer and registration of the job. Questions before you buy? Ask us directly — we answer warranty questions before the sale, not just after.

FAQ
Warranty questions
How do I register my warranty?
Your installer registers the job with us after installation — vehicle, film, coverage areas and install date. You receive the confirmation in your name. If you were not registered, contact us with your invoice and we will sort it out.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell the car?
Contact us with the registration details and the new owner’s information and we will update the record. A protected car is a selling point — we want that to carry over.
What is the warranty period?
The term differs by film grade and is stated on each product’s datasheet and your registration document. The document you hold is the authoritative version.
How are claims handled?
Send photos and your registration number to our support email. Valid claims are resolved through your installer: film replaced on the affected panels at no film cost.
