What these terms cover

By using smartppf.com you accept these terms. They govern the website only. If you buy film from us as a distributor or installer, that purchase is governed by the quotation, purchase order or distribution agreement between us, and those documents take precedence over anything on this site.

The site is operated by Smart PPF. If you do not accept these terms, please stop using the site.

What this website is for

This is an informational and enquiry website. It presents our product range and lets you contact us or apply to become a distributor. You cannot place an order, make a payment or create an account here, and no part of this site is an offer to sell.

Product descriptions, specifications and prices quoted in conversation are subject to change. Nothing on this site forms a binding contract until we confirm an order in writing.

Product information and specifications

We publish specifications, thicknesses, warranty terms and performance characteristics in good faith and keep them current. Where a figure matters to your decision, ask us for the datasheet for the specific batch or grade, and treat that document as authoritative.

Film performance depends heavily on correct installation, surface preparation and the condition of the paint underneath. Photographs on this site illustrate finished work and typical installation conditions. They are illustrative and are not a guarantee of the result on any particular vehicle.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure;
• submit false information, or another person's details, through our forms;
• send automated, bulk or abusive traffic, including scraping at a rate that degrades service;
• use our forms to distribute spam or malicious content.

Our forms are rate-limited and protected by reCAPTCHA. We may block traffic that abuses them.

Intellectual property

The Smart PPF name, logo, product names, page copy, diagrams and imagery on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written consent.

Distributors and installers we supply may use our product names, logo and supplied marketing material to sell our film, provided the material is not altered in a way that changes its meaning and no claim is made that we do not make ourselves.

Vehicle marques shown in photography are the trademarks of their respective manufacturers. Their appearance illustrates installation work and does not imply any endorsement, partnership or affiliation with those manufacturers.

Product warranty

Our film carries a written warranty. What it covers, what it excludes and how to claim are set out on the Warranty & Claims Policy page and in the registration document you receive after installation. That document is the authoritative version for your installation.

Website disclaimer

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every detail is free of typographical error. We may change or withdraw any part of the site without notice.

Where this site links to another website, we are not responsible for that site's content or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profit or lost business. Our total liability arising out of your use of the website is limited toUSD 100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law. This limit applies to the website. Liability in respect of product we supply is governed by our supply agreement and the product warranty.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in whichSmart PPF is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this website.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, dated at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
